About the Series
Each session runs 4:00–5:00pm and follows the same rhythm: the first 10 minutes connecting as a board community, 30 minutes of focused content on that quarter's topic, and 20 minutes of open discussion — a chance to bring any board question, big or small, to the table. We meet quarterly. You must register for each session.
About the Session
Staying compliant isn't just paperwork — it's how a board protects the mission it exists to serve. This session walks through the board's role in legal compliance and risk management: what to watch for, what to delegate, and what always belongs on the board's plate. We'll close the year's series with an open floor for any compliance questions on your mind.
