About the Series
Each session runs 4:00–5:00pm and follows the same rhythm: the first 10 minutes connecting as a board community, 30 minutes of focused content on that quarter's topic, and 20 minutes of open discussion — a chance to bring any board question, big or small, to the table. We meet quarterly. You must register for each session.
About the Session
Board meetings shouldn't feel like a chore, and committees shouldn't feel like busywork. This session covers practical strategies for running meetings people actually want to attend, and structuring committees so work gets done between meetings instead of piling up on the same few people. We'll share tools you can put to use at your very next board meeting.
