Description
With the passage of H.R. 1, more people in Washington will need to meet work requirements to qualify for and maintain food benefits. This session will explore how volunteering can help individuals meet those requirements and how food banks and partner organizations can serve as supportive volunteer sites. We will be joined by Babs Roberts, Senior Advisor of Programs & Policy with the Economic Services Administration at the Washington State Department of Social and Health Services (DSHS).
This training is supported by the Statewide Technical Assistance and Training Grant through the Washington State Department of Agriculture, Food Assistance.
