De-Escalation & Communication Tools for Tackling Tough Moments Tense moments can and will happen anywhere, at work, in public, in service roles, and knowing how to respond makes all the difference. This 2-hour training offers practical tools for recognizing escalating behavior and responding in a way that is calm, respectful, and centered on safety. Participants will explore why escalated behavior happens, using the tools to manage escalation through body language and tone, and what strategies work best for de-escalating intense interactions without force or fear.
